Artist's Comments

This form for voodoo is his imitation of :iconinaliak:'s cephalykos species.
though not too difficult for him, he is by no means a full member of this species (though the species he is a member of, yet unamed, is a distant cousin of the cephalykos)


Note that he still only has six tentacles

Anyway

For this form the following stats apply

Build: Lean, lanky, skinny, whatever you want to call it. He isn't musclebound like in this ref. >_>;;
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 196 lbs.
Average activities: Hunting fish, being hyper, being a massive perv (still), and jumping around like the crazy foo he is.
Breed(appearance wise): Jackal/octopus

Haha, yeah, I used to only draw males and then I forced myself to make some female characters to practise femme anatomy!!! Oooh yeah that'd be wicked!

Thankfully some of my recent commishies / trades are by females. so i can try to improve on the anatomy. Plus i've been looking and pouring over a TON of anatomy thingies i found. D8

Hopefully they should help some. xD

I know! it'd be dang colorful with us all in there as well. xD

Nice! The best way is to use reference as you are! I find even just drawing the drawings from an anatomy book helps tremendously.
